The National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs

I met with Georgiana Alina today.  She’s the new Community Engagement Officer for Y&H and NE for NACUE, a national charity that stimulates enterprise by supporting, connecting and representing enterprise societies, enterprising students and student entrepreneurs in Colleges and Universities across the UK.

Georgiana has started discussions with Bradford University about setting up a student led enterprise society within the university.  I’ve suggested that Kickstart would be willing to help provide some advice to the student body once they have enough student vounteers to get the society started.  This is a great opportunity to spread the enterprise message to a wider student audience.  Some discussions have also started with Leeds City College and at some point Georgiana will approach the other two colleges in Bradford District.  I’ll post some more information when I learn more.
